I didn't play any sports or games, but I attended a football match at my school. (By the way, "football" here means soccer, and "American football" means football). Students at Khon Kaen University can compete on sports teams that represent the student's subject. For example, if you study architecture, you can play on the architecture swimming team or the architecture volleyball team. This week, I attended a football match between the engineering team and the pharmacy team. The pharmacy team won 3-2!
This week, I stumbled upon a little coffee shop, where I'm sitting right now. It is decorated with books on the walls and plants in pots. University students have a lot of studying to do, so it is common to see young students come in and spend an hour or two working on big projects or reading from textbooks. The last time I was here, I saw one of my students working on some English homework from my class. I was a proud teacher!
