This week, I traveled more than 8,400 kilometers – about 5,200 miles!
Norway is 4,000 miles away from home, which means I have probably traveled more than 10,000 miles on my journey so far. Norway is a country with so much to explore, and I feel so grateful to get to live here to learn about nature and the environment.
I traveled by public bus and train to get between cities, but I walked otherwise. Walking is by far the best way to explore a new place!
The Alhambra was definitely the most interesting place I visited. It looks like a military fortress on the outside, but the inside is an astonishingly beautiful palace. It was constructed over many centuries. Every wall is decorated with detailed tile mosaics, carvings and wood work.
More news to come! I can't wait to catch you up on my winter back in Norway soon.
