Meet Damaris

Introduction:

Hola! Feliz semana! Happy week! This week, I interviewed a friend of mine from my university, Damaris. Through this interview, I learned a little bit more about the life of my Colombian peers and got an idea of the daily life of an individual in Colombia.

What is your full name?:

Damaris Molina Méndez

Where do you live? What is your house like?:

I live in a house with two floors. It is big, white and breezy.

What is your family like?:

I have a very big family. We spend time together every Sunday and during Christmastime.

How do you get around?:

I usually use the public bus system, the MIO. I also use the little buses to get to my pueblo (town). Sometimes I use special car services like Uber.

What types of clothing do you like to wear?:

I love jeans, big bags, T-shirts and sneakers. On Sundays, I love to wear dresses and high heels.

What do you like to do in your free time?:

When I have free time, I watch television series or spend time with my friends and family. Sometimes, I read books.

What language(s) do you speak? How do you say "Hello" in your language?:

I speak Spanish and I'm learning English and Italian. "Hello" in Spanish is hola.
