During a taxi ride, the driver and I listened to traditional Setswana music from Botswana!
Talking to my taxi drivers and hearing about their holidays visiting their families in home villages!
I am reading a book on the history of medicine preventing a disease called HIV. I love to read and often check out books at the American Embassy's library!
I swam at my gym's pool, which is a 15 minute walk from my flat. It was a nice break from the heat!
It has been a slow week because Namibia is still on Christmas Break. From December 14th to January 13th, most government ministries and universities are closed so that workers can visit their families. Next week, the University of Namibia and the Ministry of Health will start up again, so, hopefully, we can get some research done soon!
