Spring is finally here! I was very happy to see blue skies for most of this week. It was not too cold and not too hot, which is the perfect climate in my mind.
This week I felt really in touch with nature. I started noticing things I used to just walk by without a second thought. The most exciting animal I saw this week was a fox running across the street on my way back to my dorm. Apparently, urban foxes are quite common here in London, but I have never seen a fox in person before, so I was really surprised.
The coolest thing I saw in nature this week were birds in London. There were so many different species, but one species that caught my eye was the house martin swift bird. Their black and white feathers were very eye catching amongst the tree branches in Hampstead Heath.
