Italian and English are spoken in Florence! I've picked up on some Italian language because my Spanish fluency has helped me understand a bit. It's very minimal, but I am practicing!
Euros are used here! They are worth a little bit more than the US dollar.
The cost of a bottle of water can vary widely. If you are at the market, it can cost 0.26 Euro. Outside the market is where it can get a more expensive. It can be 1 euro if you're lucky, or 5 euro if you're not.
My favorite meal this week was actually home cooked by me! I made some tasty fingerling potatoes seasoned with rosemary and some chicken. Yum!
