The weather was very nice but also hot and humid! It was getting a bit colder in the beginning of the week but then got back to the normal heat.
Mostly very small animals and critters (spiders, lizards and bugs) but I've also seen a few dogs here and there. There are not a lot of animals in the city and even when I've gone hiking there were not a lot of animals. On one trail, though, there was a giant spider the size of my head!
The view from the Dragon's Back summit was the coolest thing I've seen! It was about a four-hour hike that ended with a stunning view of the beaches below. The steps were very steep and my knees were on fire but once I got to the top, I decided the discomfort was worth it. The breeze touched my face and everything was visible for miles.
