More times than not, your conversation partner will be excited that you are trying to use his or her langauge, and will be happy to help correct your errors. And I also remind myself that the the main purpose of langauge is hot perfect grammar and conjucation, rather it is communication. I may make several mistakes, but if my coversation partner can understand my message, then I've reached my goal!
