This week was the first week that it was consistently more rainy and cloudy. Since I arrived in late February, it has been HOT HOT HOT, but it is finally starting to cool down. With the rainy days comes more wind and coldness, but nothing too cold. Buenos Aires' weather is very similar to Alabama's, meaning that it is very hot and humid during the summer and the winter only gets down to about the mid-60 degrees. However, as soon as it gets below 75 degrees here, people pull out their puffy jackets and winter clothes. The warm weather seems to be more tolerable to the locals than the cold.
This week, I saw lots and lots of dogs, as always. I saw one or two cats and some birds. They do not have squirrels in this city nor really any animal as abundant as the number of dogs they have.
