This museum housees lots of Incan artifacts inside, and has a large outdoor area including an aviary (with birds like parrots and parakeets), Incan ruins and a recreation of a typical Incan garden.
During the festivals of Cuenca, artists come from all over Latin America to display and sell their work. I met artisans from Paraguay, Chile, Brazil and Cuba in addition to those who live in Ecuador!
