






There are different languages spoken in every state in India, but Hindi and English are the common languages that connect everyone. For my state, Karnataka, Kannada is the regional language.

Milk in India is distinctly creamier than milk I've had anywhere else. The best meal I've had is actually a vanilla cinnamon milkshake from this desert place called Guilt Trip. The shake tasted like October. I paired it with a nice little chocolate croissant.
One of my Indian friends, Arvind, is a musician who performs at local bars. He plays some older rock covers like Nirvana and Red Hot Chili Peppers. So I've been jamming out to some of his performances. He sings in Hindi, too. Nothing beats live music!
