My time in Madrid has been so special that words are hardly enough to describe it. It has changed me in so many ways! Living here and traveling to many places has made me rediscover the magic of the world. I know that sometimes it's easy to get lost in school and other responsibilities, but the world is so beautiful, and it is important to remember this. Having the opportunity to visit many unique places has broadened my perspectives, too. Everywhere I've visited has its unique charm. I have learned new things not only about Spanish culture, but also about French culture, Moroccan culture, and many more. This has been an experience like no other! I have wanted to study abroad my entire life, as I wanted the chance to live in a new place and explore. I can proudly say that this experience was a dream come true!
While abroad, I have made lifelong friends. We have laughed together, and seen the pieces of the world together. Most of my peers who studied abroad with me shared the same excitement about traveling to new places. It was so special to travel to a new destination with people that I had initially just met, but after traveling together, we soon became close friends. It was such a joy to visit new places and meet new people!
