Swedish and English
The Swedish krona! It is also referred to as a "crown" as well. It converts to around 10 US cents, so 1 US dollar would get you 10 Swedish kronas!
Around 20-30 kronas (2-3 USD). However, alongside that cost, there is also a 1 krona charge called pant. This charge is basically a deposit to encourage people to recycle. Once you finish using the bottle, you can return it to the store to receive your deposit back!
The best meal this week was my Thursday lunch. Thursday in Sweden is considered to be "Pancake Day". The pancakes here are thin and eggy, somewhat similar to a crepe. They are served with berry jam and whipped cream. They are a perfect mid-day treat!
I listened to a little bit of EDM (electronic dance music), which is a very popular genre here. A big EDM artist, Avicii, was from Sweden!
