The bark of Spanish cork trees. The Galicians showed us how this specific cork oak tree is coveted around the world because you use the cork to make the corks of wine bottles. Ourense is a city of bridges--I've spotted at least five of them arching over the river. This river, called the River Minho, passes through Lugo, as well.
