The weather this week was very lovely! It is fall season here in the southern hemisphere, so the days are getting cooler. The mornings this week were pretty cold, but by the afternoon, the sun came out and the temperature was in the low 60s.
During a hike on Cerro Llao Llao, I spotted a chimango, a small bird of prey that you can see throughout all of Argentina.
I also saw a lot of dogs this week. While waiting at a food truck for a coffee, two dogs ran up and got in line in front of me! It is common in Patagonia for dogs to run around loose, especially in more rural areas.
I got to see the sunset over Lake Nahuel Huapi. It was so beautiful to see the mountains and lake painted pink, purple, and orange.
