We were lucky to have beautiful weather this week! It hardly rained here unlike where I live. After our classes during the day, we got to soak in the sun at the hotel pool.
Since I was in the city, I didn't get to see as many wild animals as I usually do at home. But I did get to see a fat cat (my favorite animal) at dinner one night. It made me miss my new cat friend back home. If I forgot to mention, I've adopted a stray cat and named him Sombra Pantera (Shadow Panther). He's about eight months old, has spiky ears and is all black except for a small patch of white fur on his back. He's so cool!
Near the hotel, there is a duck pond. After class, we took a walk to feed oats to the ducks. They loved it!
