For most of this week, I was in Hong Kong. The weather there is generally warm, but it's starting to get a bit cooler, similar to the beginning of fall in the United States. This weekend, I traveled to Guangzhou and Zhuhai in China, where it's still very warm and sunny.
I saw a lot of animals this week because I visited the Guangzhou Zoo. Some of the animals I saw were: lions, pandas, zebras, elephants, monkeys, peacocks, kangaroos, rhinoceroses, giraffes, ostriches, tigers, swans, and foxes.
The coolest thing I saw was at a fountain. From the water that sprayed and flowed out of the fountain, a rainbow appeared, and it was really pretty.
I've noticed that a lot of traditional Chinese medicine comes from nature and plants. It's fascinating how ancient practices use natural ingredients to promote healing and balance in the body.
