This week, the weather was very nice. It was mostly sunny and warm, which made it a good time to be outside. In the last couple of days, some clouds appeared, but it still felt pleasant. While in Vienna for the weekend, it rained for a couple hours, but luckily the sky cleared in the evening hours. I expect there to be more rain in the coming weeks since spring is right around the corner.
I didn’t see many interesting animals. I mostly saw pigeons eating near a food truck while walking to class, which is nothing out of the ordinary, and sometimes people walking their dogs around the city. Seeing people walking their dogs makes me miss my three dogs at home.
The coolest thing I saw was green leaves blooming on the trees outside my apartment window. I find the changing of the seasons very fascinating. Soon, pink almond blossom trees will appear all across the city, so I am quite excited to see them in the coming weeks.
