The reverse is true, too. No one is playing baseball or football in India. In fact, when you say football in India, people think you are referring to soccer!
Did you notice that although there are some differences in what we do or how we do something, we still have a lot of the same needs and desires? Even half way across the world, human beings share a lot in common.
During my time in India, I enjoyed seeing the beautiful old architecture and eating a variety of food, including fruits I've never seen in the United States. I've also enjoyed spending time at a school and orphanage here, as well as spending time with my extended family. I've been able to buy colorful, intricate clothing and listen to new music. It's been a great experience.
I hope that you've been inspired to do some traveling yourself when you're older! It's a really fun way to learn.
