After a long and anxious wait, 11 hours of flying, and four hours of waiting in the Houston airport, I'm finally in Ecuador and ready to begin my journey! I am so excited to bring you along!
In Ecuador, there are food vendors on almost every street corner, selling fresh fruit, fritada (pork chunks) and more. At the park near my house, one of the most popular foods sold is cevichochos.
