My name is Olivia and I am from Texas, yet somehow I’ve found my way all the way across the Atlantic in the small town of Béziers, France! I am 23 years old and recently graduated from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a degree in international affairs and development. I am very interested in immigration, women’s rights and climate change. I decided to move to France this year to work as a TAPIF English Teaching Assistant in two elementary schools! Based on what I studied in college and my strong desire to live abroad, I’m sure you can guess that I am very passionate about traveling the world and discovering its many unique cultures. My other hobbies include hiking (I love bragging about the U.S. National Parks to the French!), running (especially on the Mediterranean beaches here), finding cozy cafes to journal in and read at, and singing. I am constantly going on new adventures here, discovering exciting things, and meeting fascinating people. I am excited to now be able to share these things with you and to get to know you all!
