I had some really good fish and chips that week. In Ireland and the U.K., "chips" are what we think or as French fries, and "crisps" are what we call potato chips. For my fried fish, I had cod, and I smothered it and my chips in vinegar. Not everyone likes vinegar, but I like it a lot. Have you ever had sea salt and vinegar potato chips? Yum!
