It's a circular meringue with a crisp outer crust and a creamy interior. Pavlova is usually topped with whipped cream and fruit. The variety of pavlova I got to enjoy had passion fruit on it!
During a typical week, I mostly listen to a lot of indie and folk music while I'm cooking or riding the bus, and jazz when I'm working. Some of my all-time favorite artists are Mt. Joy, Ben Howard and Noah Kahan, and I also enjoy Australian artists like Ocean Alley and Vance Joy.
This weekend I went to the Mardi Gras Parade in Sydney! There were 200 floats, and the parade went on for over three hours! I really enjoy going to events and festivals because that way I get to celebrate with the local community and see what types of organizations and groups are active in my neighborhood.

I didn't play any games or sports this week, but I did go for a run most mornings. I love running from my house down to the boardwalk along the ocean early in the morning because I get to see the sunrise and watch other people happily going for a morning stroll.
