We use Moroccan dirhams here. There are coins and colorful bills, and most shopkeepers do not accept credit or debit cards.
A bottle of water costs 5 dirhams, which converts to about 50 cents.
The best meal I had this week was a pasta salad with tuna, corn, mayonaise and onions. I ate it on a hot day, so the cold pasta tasted great.
I listened to a lot of Taylor Swift and Hozier. Since it is Ramadan, people in my town do not play music during the day either for religious reasons or because people might be sleeping, so I did not hear much Moroccan music.
