As a PhD student/researcher, I have to admit that my life is not always exciting. I spend a lot of my time working at the lab, and when I am finished for the day, I need to go home or run errands. Despite this, I am having a great time so far here. My coworkers are wonderful, and I am passionate about my work. Some weeks are hectic and some are slow. Last week, we hosted a conference and were up to our eyes in work, while this week is more calm (though with still plenty of work to do!).
