I didn't fall the whole time, so I'm proud of myself for that. Unfortunately, I lost a glove because it fell out of my pocket, but I just bought new, warmer ones. Although ice skating was outside my comfort zone, I'm glad I did it because, in the end, I had fun.
One interesting piece of news from this week is that a comedian was put on trial for blowing his nose in the Spanish flag. It was supposed to be a joke, but the authorities took it as a sign of protest. In general, the Spanish flag is a huge symbol of patriotism and pride. Hence, using it as a tissue was disrespectful. However, this incident has brought many questions about government overreach and freedom of speech. Some people believe that the government is overstepping because making such a statement is within his right. Contrarily, government officials and other members of the public believe that his actions were offensive, and that people shouldn't be able to deface the flag in that way.
