My first day of classes was on Monday. I am studying at Université Lyon 2, and the university focuses on foreign langauge and culture. My weekly schedule includes language, culture and literature classes all taught in French! Our group also has planned outings around the city to a museum, an opera, and even a fromagerie (a cheese factory). All of my teachers from the university are so welcoming and have already made me and the other students feel at home in a foreign country.
