Planes, Trains and Automobiles!

In past travels I have taken buses and certainly taxis, but the large cross-country buses are a unique experience. In the beginning, it felt chaotic, and I felt anxious because sometimes there are lots of people and the buses move fairly quickly. But now I'm more accostumed to the flow of the buses, and I don't feel as intimidated.

Is this way of getting around connected to the culture and environment, How?:

The buses, taxis and camionetas are definitely connected to the culture and environment. These modes of transportation are fundamental to the country's ability to function. Without the buses, people wouldn't be able to move around. Taxis and camionetas are also important, but they're not as crucial as the buses. In relation to the environment, I think the buses are more eco-friendly because they carry more people, which means fewer people are driving their own individual cars. They are gas powered, so they emit pollution, but I think it would be worse if all people were driving their own cars instead of sharing a mode of transportation together.
