My Fulbright year in Germany taught me courage, belonging and cultural connection while building meaningful relationships across borders, and I’m grateful we got to share this experience.
I explored how Bonn meets community needs through public parks, focusing on national planning programs that created shared green spaces connecting people to their city.
I spent a weekend in Stockholm, exploring the archipelago and old town, trying Swedish meals and enjoying the sun, Baltic Sea and winter sunsets!
