Hi, class! My name is Rachel, and I am from Waterford, Michigan. I was born in Pontiac, and I went to Stepanski for preschool. Like all of you, I then went to Grayson Elementary school. While I was there, Mrs. Case was my second-grade teacher. I absolutely loved my time at Grayson, and I hope you all are enjoying third-grade with Mrs. Case just as much as I enjoyed second-grade with her. After Grayson, I went on to Mason Middle School as many of you will do in a few years. I then attended the International Academy (IA) in Bloomfield Hills for high school, though I also played volleyball, basketball and soccer at Mott High School while I was at IA.

Now, I am a student at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, which is the capital of the United States! DC is definitely different from Michigan, but I like it there too. I spend a lot of time trying new food with friends and going to museums. I am also trying to go to more concerts as there are a lot in the city! At Georgetown, I study International Politics, which means that I learn about how different countries, like the United States and Kazakhstan, solve problems. I also study Russian, which can be difficult.
