This week I traveled 1,130 km, or 703 miles.
More than 3,500 km or 2,175 miles.
I got around by local and bullet trains. Bullet trains are the extremely fast trains that Japan is known for. In Japanese, these trains are called shinkansen.
I visited a lot of interesting places this week in many different cities, including the Asami Shrine and a trendy local coffee shop in Beppu, Hofu Tenmangu Temple in Hofu, a Pachinko gambling place in Osaka and an Okinawan restaurant in Tokyo.
