Ireland does not have any large forests, lots of land is used for farming, and many plants are non-native. This causes issues with biodiversity here. Biodiversity is the diversity, or variety, of types of plants, animals, bugs and more found in a certain place. Irish people are worried about this, and reduction of the use of pesticides and other chemicals on farms is encouraged, as well as the growth of more native plants.
