When I visited the restaurant in the fall, they offered Maultaschen in a Parmesan cream sauce with freshly shaved truffle mushrooms on top! It was delicious! Most importantly, though, this specialty connects the area of Swabia. The dish is rarely found outside of the region, and when dining with local people, they will often recommend that you try Maultaschen.
