My Roomate, Antón!

I think its good to construct a style. It’s important to have a style, though I feel like I don’t have one!

What do you like to do in your free time?:

I don’t like to have free time. But when I do, I like to make prototypes for home decor. For example, I create designs for different flower pots.

What language(s) do you speak? How do you say "Hello" in your language?:

I am fluent in Spanish, English, Italian and French. I'm also proficient in Portuguese and Catalán.

Venezuelans use the greeting, "Epala," which is just like hey. You can also say, "Epa," like, "Hey watch out!" But Epala is more smooth. Super venezuelan!

Do you have pets?:

Yes, my parents have a cat. My cat is named Hipo-clorida, just like the chemical! In English, you would say hydo-chloride. The owner liked chemicals!

Have you traveled? Where have you traveled to?:

I have traveled to Colombia, Italy, Spain, and Mexico. Paris was my favorite, it was very pretty.

I wanted to travel to the U.S. but it was very difficult to get a visa.

What do you do for work?:

I have a few different jobs. I'm a resident of different architectural work, a construction worker and an industrial designer.

Is there anything else you would like to say to students in the United States?:

I know that the United States is changing a lot, especially politically. Venezuela is, too. Try to take advantage of the opportunity that your parents have provided. As an immigrant, I know that its difficult, but it's even more challenging with a full family.
