My name is Sarah, and I am from Indianapolis, Indiana. I am 20 years old, and I am currently a student at Ball State University, which is in the northeastern part of the state. I am studying politics of the world and journalism because one day I hope to live and work abroad!
In my free time, I enjoy painting, reading, hiking, and playing with my cat, Scout. Although I'll miss Scout and my family a lot, I'm excited to make new friends and have experiences. I can't wait to go on this adventure with you all!
I chose France because the history of the nation is very rich, plus it's very close to other countries that I'd like to visit such as Germany, Italy, Spain, and Sweden. France also has lots of natural wonders, like waterfalls and mountains, and many delicious types of food, such as cheese, bread, and pasta, all of which I am looking forward to!
I will continue to learn how to speak the French language during my time in the country. I've been studying it for a few years now, and I really want to be able to communicate easily with French locals! To me, language is the key to unlocking who you are because it makes you a more kind, patient, and understanding person.
