Hola chicos! Hello everyone! My name is Selena Easley and I am 21 years old. I am a senior at Washington & Jefferson College, studying environmental studies, international relations, and Spanish with a concentration in interfaith leadership studies. In January 2019, I traveled abroad to Heredia, Costa Rica, where I studied conservation, sustainability, and Spanish. I also worked as a laboratory assistant and a beekeeper for the Center of Tropical Apiculture Research at my host university. As a research assistant, I worked with pathologist to further understand mite infestations in honeybee colonies. Now that I'm back in the U.S., I work as a a climate change campus organizer for a non-profit organization, a Spanish tutor, and a student ambassador for international exchange students.
