What main languages are spoken here?:

Korean! It is the official language of South Korea. Some people can speak English, but they mostly speak Korean. The metro station posts the names of stops in Korean, Chinese, and then finishes in English!

What type of money is used here?:

The money here, called won, looks like ₩. The conversion rate to United States Dollar is simple! $1= ₩1000.

How much does a bottle of water cost?:

There are two main sizes here for a bottle of water. The smaller sized bottles (around 16 ounces) cost around ₩800, but there are some places where water can cost up to ₩900. The large size of water (around 1 liter) costs around ₩1200.

What was the best meal this week?:

Korean Style Ramen! They add more chili powder to the soup part, but they also added a slice of cheese (sounds weird, tastes good), and rice cakes.

What music did I listen to this week?:

I listen to a lot of k-pop (Korean Popular Music). A lot of shops play music while they are open. The songs that I hear all the time are Twice-Fancy and NCT Dream-Boom. For my personal listening, I have been listening to Stray Kids. 

What activity was the most fun this week?:

I visited the Gangam locations for the Line Friends store and the Kakao Friends store! Line and Kakao are both messaging apps.
