My living space in Hungary

You have to realize that they may have a different schedule or live differently than you might. I have learned to get up on my first alarm so that I do not annoy my roommates. I have also learned how to give them space. If someone does not want to be talked to, it is important to let them be and talk to them when they are ready!

Each floor in my dorm has a kitchen. The kitchen is used by at least 20 to 30 people per day, so they get dirty quickly. This has been a big adjustment for me, as sometimes I have to wait a long time to be able to cook or clean. I wish that I had my own kitchen at times!

Last, Foldes Ferenc has a security guard behind the front desk at all times, even all night! We have to use a key card to get through the turnstile and they make sure that nobody that is not from is coming into our dorm. It is nice to have this aspect of safety at my dorm.
