I stay close to my neighborhood to follow the social distancing guidelines by the government. I stay in the capital and do not go very far from the city. (And you should follow the regulations made by your state as well!)
I have traveled to various places in the capital and the coast of the North Island. The furthest traveled was to the Brooklyn Wind Turbine. It was a two hour walk to the top and two hours back to my home.
I always walk on foot because I love getting the daily exercise!
The most interesting and breathtaking place I traveled to was to the Wellington Wind Turbine. It is a popular destination for many hikers, tourists, bikers and locals from all around the country. The Miramar peninsula can also be seen from this destination.
