My group and I went there in order to learn about natural disasters that might strike Tokyo, but we never expected to experience them personally! We had to gear up in rain suits and enter a wind tunnel to experience a typhoon, put out fires and finished with an earthquake simulator.
My commute to school takes about 30 minutes on a good day; five minutes walking to and from the bus, 15 minutes on the bus, five minutes on the train and five minutes from the train station to my school. I'm pretty lucky in this regard; one of my friends has to travel for one and a half hours to get from his homestay to our school, which means he's spending three hours every day sitting on public transport!
