The crowd in front of this painting was huge, and it took about 30 minutes to get to the front to be able to admire the painting for myself!
Lately, there have been many workers' strikes in France, and these can affect travel plans. For example, sometimes the people in charge of running the bus system or working at the airport go on strike for a few days in order to negotiate their workers' rights, and this can disrupt people's travel plans. Luckily, none of my transportation plans have been affected by strikes (so far...).
