We pulled over safely, and I helped him change the tire. It was a very funny process trying to figure out how to explain how to change a tire in Spanish!
The most interesting place I visited this week was my bus stop. I know it sounds silly, but it is where I got to meet some amazing Peruvians. As I walked in with my four large bags—because, of course, I had to do some shopping in Lima—I immediately had many people asking if they could help carry them.
It was also very hectic because the bus terminal had 15 other buses all leaving at the same time, so I was running around making sure both my bags and I got on the correct bus!
I am moving sites! I am heading to my new site in two weeks. It is called Masin. It is still in the same region, but it is much, much warmer. I cannot wait to update all of you and show you lots of photos!
