I went to the point where Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium meet, known as the Dreiländereck (three-country point). This is also where you can find the highest point of the Netherlands! To get here, we had to take the bus all the way to the west of Aachen and walk uphill through the forest. At the end, you can buy snacks like fries or ice cream and even wander through a labrynth.
This week I visited the Franz Marc exhibition at the K20, an art museum in Düsseldorf. Franz Marc was an expressionist painter, famous for paintings of animals with bold and bright colors. I really liked Marc's artstyle and found each of the paintings very vibrant and eye-catching!
