I also used the High-Speed Rail, which is a big train that travels from the top of Taiwan to the bottom. It goes super fast! You can get from the top of the island to the bottom in under two hours!
This week, I used a bus to get around to different areas in southern Taiwan. The trains and buses here are very easy to use and don't cost much money to ride!
I think the most interesting place I visited was the National Aquarium in Kenting. We saw so many amazing animals! I also thought the museum building was very pretty. I think it was the most interesting place because I was able to see so many great things that I would not normally be able to see every day here. There were also animals, like puffins, that we might not be able to see in many places in the U.S.
Right now, I am planning a trip with my friends to visit other countries in January! My school's winter break starts on January 19th, and we don't get a day off on Christmas here! We are planning to travel to four other countries in Asia during that break. Which other countries will we visit? Well, you'll just have to stay tuned to find out!
