Hello, and selamat datang (welcome)! My name is Tyrone. I am 23 years old and was born in Stamford, Connecticut. In May 2018, I graduated from Wingate University in Wingate, North Carolina with a degree in psychology. Three months later, in August, I started a psychology PhD program at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. Because I was awarded a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship, I am taking a year off from school to teach high school English in Malaysia.
From a young age, my mom taught me the importance of travel and appreciating different cultures. Together, my family and I have traveled all around the world. We've visited most of the Caribbean (Haiti, Cuba, Jamaica, Bahamas, and many other countries) and part of Europe (Spain, France, England, and Italy). Currently, I am living in Kangar, the capital city of Perlis state in Malaysia. I can't wait to tell you all about it. I am so excited to share my adventures with you all this year.
