Weather Patterns in Ireland!

The light bends inside the drops and splits into different colors, making a rainbow! I've seen almost TEN rainbows since I've been here. Can you believe that? I've learned that Dublin has so many rainbows because the rain and sunshine often happen so close together.

As for temperature, Dublin is usually a little chilly, staying pretty steadily in the 50s (°F)! When I visited my best friend in Rome, Italy, it was in the 90s (°F)! Rome is much closer to the equator, where the sun shines more directly and the air stays warm for most of the year. That’s why people wear shorts and eat lots of ice cream in Rome, while in Dublin we need sweaters, raincoats and (lots of) hot chocolate!

Overall, I love the unpredictable weather in Ireland. It's a new adventure each day, even if I somehow always go home soaking wet!
