Riesna Audh is a masters student at the University of Cape Town, specializing in polar oceanography. Her research is focused on physical and biochemical properties of pancake sea-ice in the Antarctic Marginal Ice Zone.
Shantelle Smith is a MSc student from the University of Cape Town. She is collecting data focused on the exchange of ammonia across the air-sea interface in the Southern Ocean for use in her future PhD project.
