Our News

In Japan football is not very popular, so any team that is willing to put time and effort into the sport of football is doing so without a lot of support. It was great watching the team's extremely enthusiastic energy about the sport.

What did I read this week?:

I read many articles about Japan and their rising elderly population. Most articles were from "The Japan Times" and outline ways for the rising elderly population to help Japan become more efficient and productive despite losing many working-aged citizens.

What games or sports did I play this week?:

I had my first practice with my club football team, The Okayama Standing Bears.

Other news from this week:

I visited Osaka this past weekend to scope out the city and pick up clothes for football practice. Osaka is one of Japan's major cities.
