Portugal is the neighboring country of Spain, so I only traveled 590 miles this week.
I have traveled almost 11,000 miles on my journey so far!
I traveled only by bus this week. I took a 13 hour bus ride from the far east of Spain all the way to the western coast of Portugal. Yes, you read that right. It was 13 hours long! It was very cheap, but I don't know if I would recommend it.
On Friday, I looked out across the Atlantic Ocean as I stood on a cliff called Caba de Roca. It is the westernmost part of the entire ocntinent of Europe. This means that at the point I was the closest I will be to America until I return home in December.
