It's been HOT this week. Lots of very sunny days in the 80s and not a lot of cloud coverage, so I've been sure to wear sunblock everyday. Mango popsicles made from fresh mangos have helped with the heat as well!
I saw an armadillo walking crossing the road as I walked back from teaching my night classes. He didn't seem to be in much of a hurry (which allowed me to snag a picture).
I saw some beautiful green macaws the other morning while out on a run! They were stunning!
Semana Santa is supposedly the hottest week of the year here in Costa Rica. My friends in the lowlands are experiencing temperatures over 100 degrees Farenheit every day!
